songwriter Suzanne Vega and fellow members of the Greenwich Village Songwriter’s
Exchange feature their songs from the Vigil Project, a collection honoring
the victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Included is Vega’s own
“It Hit Home”– a song expressing “feelings, thoughts
and observations from someone trying to make sense out of something seemingly
senseless.”

Museum Umeni - Olomouc, Czech Republic
Brian Rose
will be exhibiting his photographs of the WTC at the Muzeum Umeni in Olomouc,
The Czech Republic. The show opens on September 11th and Brian will be
present to perform his song "The
Skyline" from Vigil. On September 10th, Brian will take part
in a talk show on Czech state TV in Prague, and an interview with him
will run in a local newspaper. The U.S. embassy in Prague is sponsoring
his appearance.
German Public Television - ARD
Jack Hardy Intervew/Performance
Jack Hardy will
be doing an interview and playing a song from Vigil live for German Public
Television (ARD) at 2:30 am EST (7:30 am german time).

City Folk Sunday Breakfast on WFUV
Suzanne will be appearing with Jack Hardy on WFUV's City
Folk Sunday Breakfast, with host John Platt. The program runs from
